Terms and Conditions

  1. Shoppers who are first in confirming and making payment and upon our confirmation of receiving your payment will get the items.


  2. We allow a flexibility of 24 hours for shoppers to make their payment. Otherwise, your shopping will be available on the market again.


  3. But sweat not, if the items are out of stock or fully reserved and they are in huge demand, there is a possibility of restocking of items. Just click on the “Alert me if item is restocked button” and we will alert you after we managed to restock an item.


  4. We strongly recommend postage via Pos Laju or Registered mail as it is more secure.


  5. If you are sending your shopping items to your office or any other places with high chances of losing your package, we advise you to choose Pos Laju. This is to ensure your shopping reaches you securely.


  6. Please fill in your address accurately with postcode, as there will be no refunds on lost packages.


  7. Items sold are non-refundable or exchangeable therefore buyers are advice to check that the right item code & information are correctly entered before submitting your order.


  8. If you realize that you have submitted the wrong order/item/colour/size, you can still send an email to us to change it subject to availability of the item and before you make any payment.


  9. Global Shopaholics does not refund unless there is a case of gross misinterpretation or in the rare circumstances where a fault has been overlooked.
